Children & Families
We love having children and young people around at St Leonard’s and we want to care for them, value them and include them in the life of the church. On Sundays we spend time all together at our 10.30am service before going into groups for age related learning and worship. The Creche is available at all times. We also have activities during the week. See below for a summary of Sunday and midweek activities but do email slpfamiles@gmail.com for any more information or queries, or use the form on this page.
We provide a safe environment for our children and young people to grow in maturity and faith. See our safeguarding page for information concerning our safeguarding policy and practice.

Mid-Week Groups
There are many mid-week groups running at St Leonard's in the week.
Bump To One:
Bump to One meets on Monday mornings in the church and aims to provide a supportive, nurturing environment for parents and carers of babies under one and pre-walking children.
This friendly group is also promoted by local healthcare professionals to new mothers in the local area and has become an oasis of calm and refreshment for many.

Walkie Talkies:
Walkie Talkies serves our community by providing a safe and fun environment for parents, carers and toddlers.
We hope to grow in friendship and act as a bridge between pre-school and church groups for families with young children.
We meet each week on Mondays in St Leonard's church hall during term time.
