St Leonard's Youth
There has been a thriving youth work at St. Leonard’s for many years, and the church is so pleased to see young people beginning and continuing a faith in the Lord Jesus Christ that is vibrant and real. The young people are always willing to serve, passionate in worship, and eager to be a part of the transformation the gospel brings to ourselves and the world around us. There are many opportunities for engagement with each other, from gathering on Sundays to small groups throughout the week.
Cell Groups are at the heart of everything we do with our Youth Ministry. They are unapologetically Christian small groups, split into school years, that are open and accessible to people of any faith or none, who are interested in exploring what the Christian faith has to say about things that happen in our everyday lives. We meet once a week, eat some snacks, play some games and explore the Christian faith together through discussion and prayer.
Year 6,7,8 meet on a Monday evening 4-5:30pm,
Year 9 & 10 meet on Wednesday evening at 7-8:30pm,
Year 11, 12, 13 meet on Monday evening at 7-8:30pm.

Sunday Morning Youth runs on the 1st and 3rd Sundays
of the month in the Church Bell Tower. Youth (Age 11-18) will meet
at St Leonard's Church for the usual service, and go out for
the group part way through, returning at the end of the service.
We also offer provision for Children during these times, please

Cell Socials
We often enjoy social time together in our Cell Groups Cell Social is a relaxed time together in usual Cell Groups on their usual days, playing games, making crafts and enjoying refreshments. Big Social is where all 3 Cell Groups meet up and spend time together, usually on a Monday evening.
Big Socials could include going Bowling, having a firepit on the Church Land, Village Scavenger Hunts and much more!
Youth Weekend Away
In February we took 11 young people to Adventure Plus in Clanfield for our Annual Youth Weekend Away. We enjoyed onsite activities including: Archery Tag and Rock Climbing, and hosted our own events, like junk modelling, a quiz night, and a paint fight! We spent the weekend enjoying food, fun and fellowship together while looking into the Bible.
